I think it will be better if you made the speech bubble either full vertical or horizontal, so it won't give reader doubt when Reading.

Also you can try to center the text to make the text looks more organized and less confusing because it looks messy.

If your program have CC wild words roman font, it's better to use that font for comic.

And for character I think if you can push the line for her thigh a little bit closer to the butt it will make her looks more stable and less like dolls.
